Our Story

Founded on engineering discipline, not shortcuts.

Al Tholathia for Safety and Security & Fire Fighting Equipment was established to give facilities across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE access to fire protection systems that are specified correctly the first time — and maintained without lapse afterward.

Our team works across the full lifecycle of a fire & life-safety system: consultation, design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and long-term maintenance. That continuity is deliberate — a system installed by a team with no ongoing relationship to it is a system nobody is accountable for.

We work directly with main contractors, MEP consultants, developers, property and facility management companies, and end-user organisations who need a technical partner they can rely on, not just a supplier.

To protect people, property and business continuity by delivering fire protection, fire alarm and safety systems engineered to the highest standard of reliability and compliance — installed by trained professionals and backed by responsive, structured maintenance.

We approach every facility as a system, not a checklist: detection, alarm, suppression, egress and equipment all have to work together, under real emergency conditions, without exception.

Our Approach

Install to last. Our technicians are trained on the systems they install, and every installation is tested and documented before handover.

Stay accountable after handover. Through scheduled inspection, testing and Annual Maintenance Contracts, we remain responsible for system performance long after installation day.
